Cleveland Lesbian-Gay-Bi-Trans Pride, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, seeks dynamic, enthusiastic individuals to fill the following part-time positions:
Pride Coordinator: Coordinates all aspects of Pride activities, including logistics, entertainment, fundraising, media, and community relations. Works with the chairpersons of subcommittees. Develops relationships with community groups and businesses. Manages operations with City of Cleveland. Parade Coordinator: Coordinates all aspects of Pride rally and parade, including logistics, entertainment, speakers, decorations, and community relations. Develops initiatives to increase community participation. Qualifications: Candidates should possess excellent organizational, public relations, communications, and interpersonal skills, and ability to direct multiple activities and programs. Previous experience with LGBT Pride activities or non-profit organizations a plus.
